June 16th, 2002 - Close-up of valley above Study where crappy caulk/patch job had been done before. The brickers came out and repaired the hole with brick (like it should have been from the start). Unfortunately, they damaged the gutter in the process and also neglected to re-install the shingles and flashing over the area they patched. We are assuming that they intended to finish the job on Monday, but unfortunately we had a huge rainstorm Saturday night and this allowed water to leak into the house! =(
