April 23rd, 2002 - Tile is installed throughout the kitchen, breakfast, utility, and guest bathroom. Unfortunately, the tile was laid straight instead of on the diagonal as specified in our selection sheet. This is one of the many things the builder will have to redo - too bad they don't know how to read their own change agreements... =P
